Before providing any materials or services, such as masterclass sessions, we will arrange a complimentary meeting. This will occur either in person, online, or by telephone, to review and confirm the details of the services required.
Yes. All materials and ancillary services are bespoke, to meet the specific needs of your cohort. This ensures clarity and consistency, avoiding any confusion or conflict with previous instruction. Our support covers all major examination boards, including: AQA, OCR, Edexcel, and Eduqas.
We understand that unexpected situations can lead to cancellations. Where possible, we’ll work with you to reschedule your session. We kindly request at least 48 hours notice to make these arrangements.
As service requirements vary across institutes, pricing will differ. Please contact us to arrange a consultation. Once all agreed provisions have been formally confirmed, we will proceed to issue both the contract and the corresponding invoice for your review.
